I'm almost certain that it is BOT acquiring a dermatology asset. There have been 5 or 6 occasions where Vince or Matt have eluded to looking for drugs that could be improved through permetrix. The acquisition strategy is so BOT can quickly and effectively commercialise an existing product that has improved efficacy from permetrix.
