Haven’t they been saying over the last few months they think there is opportunities to get other drugs that might of struggled to get results or for other reasons that they believe could fast track to commercialisation or something. Them buying a dermatology asset aligns with what they have been saying, I’m 95% sure this isn’t to announce they are selling an asset
