So much so, it's possibly already unofficially locked in, hence the timing and amount of this raise.

I see the current raise allows for a further $10m over subscriptions. Will be a very good sign if the extra $10m gets snapped up.

Kind of feels like the this $24m-$34m ECM is simply replacing the deferred EPCM and the debt will be $61m (53% of total costs). From my experience the pre-payments are not considered part of the debt stake.
