    Another explanation could be that JD does not want to dilute existing shareholders to raise the entire required equity portion at these prices. Instead, raise half now, get some more runs on the board, firm offtakes & finance, order long lead equipment etc and then come back in a couple of months when share price is >30c... Potentially underwritten rights issue for the remaining
