    No less than 2 weeks ago the business releases a statement emphasising cash available and liquidity. Unless this some strategic placement by a partner of some sort, there is something wrong here. You don't espouse plenty of headroom, only to then raise capital purely for WC purposes when your SP is in the toilet.
