Certainly interesting, a very small placement so makes sense that it is for working capital purposes. This frees up funds to continue existing integrations and focus on the key task of growing the enterprise. I recall we raised $15m to fund the Splitit integration in late 2020, so by comparison this is nothing. Suggests that the company is expecting an increase in revenues in the near future, otherwise the raise surely would have been larger than this to cover operating costs over a longer period. Minimal dilution as well, so overall a good outcome!
