CBD crosses the blood brain barrier quite well already.
Isoflurane reputedly affects the blood brain barrier, making it more permissive - which may be part of why it is being used in this combination drug? Either way, I'm not too worried about this aspect because I think the Incannex team have had the blood brain barrier well accounted for in this program's development.
