Byron has been at the helm 3 months now and is already embarking on his second capital raising. It seems all the talk of debt and forward selling gold to protect shareholders from more dilution was just lip service.

There has been a lot more action since he has been there but not a lot of substance. As you outline above, there are still many questions and a lack of visibility on many items, and Byron has remained silent on these key matters. First gold pour is constantly rolled out, but a plan to get there seems to be a tightly guarded secret.
