Let's see if Guggenheim engagement/relationship pays off here. Still hoping there is a "Material" announcement to coincide with the Capital Raise, but I'm not as confident as I wish I was.
That said, depending on what news they do include, a CR at these levels some 30 months after initial listing as same price would appear to be very cheap compared to IPO price of same, but with benefit of the 30 months of progress.
Let's see what they announce before Friday or what one of you finds via your sources in the meantime.
