Obviously charts can't be perfect otherwise there would never be any spikes or drops in share price. eg There would be no surprise in a takeover offer because the chart already shows it.
Seems like ASM have been saying enough(video interview) to indicate something is coming up but the price seems to have been under the control of the shorts and overall market sentiment.
Hopefully the market has been blind to what is coming up and the suppressors get burnt.
