In this announcement, it has two things:
1. equity funding agreement. very exciting, because it is an agreement (agreed, and done). With whom? guess we have to wait until 17th May.
2. revision of the framework. this is related to the Consortium. again, exciting, which means that the Consortium is on board, and Dubbo funding is progressing quickly.
Therefore, I am excited for ASM. Shorters will be burned finally.
