You shouldn't be surprised to see sharks out casting opportunistic bids in the market at times like these. Seen this many times.
They currently have only a very small number of shares and this may shake out a few more for them, but I don't see anything in this price offering that will win them control of IFM. Nevertheless they could end up with a more substantial base for a more substantial bid in the future. I am a substantial shareholder in this company and it will take a lot better than this offer for me to loosen my grip on my holding. I just hope this does not divert management from running the company efficiently in the meantime.
