The “digital transformation” with respect to EV’s for IFM is a possible optionality not a certainty IMO. I would be happy for my long long term holding to be taken private as it would be better in their hands and not exposed to public markets. Informedia if the business stays the same could go one of 2 ways - dividend stock in runoff or growth stock into the EV generation.
