    Would seem to make sense to me 7 for all the finance to be sorted with this CR.
    My understanding is that sometimes farmin agreements are subjet to the co raising cash prior to deal being inked. No one wants to find themselves stuck with a cashless partner.
    I stand by my guess the extra will be a share sale not a straight farm in as there is not enough time for gov approvals for a WI swap Imo.
