From my understanding during the Zoom call with Scott and PAC Partners, the money raised here is enough to cover what is needed for IVZ's share in both of the upcoming wells (when you factor in the farm-out partner's % of drilling costs + back costs paid, plus lots of options that are constantly being converted lately - planning to convert mine now also. Scott was struggling a bit with the maths during the call but he was dialing in from London where it was 2am or 3am after a big day so it's understandable). So if there were any conditions precedent tied to the farm-in offers around IVZ having funding for their share (which logically, there should be)... they would be considered covered now.

Can’t see the 35c strike being reached by then unfortunately. 20c raise and listed options will put a decent cap on the share price now and there will be plenty of games with heads/options around that level. I think we’ll be lucky to see 30c pre drill now tbh.
