1. Will be interesting to see what happens. 7 said that 20c was a 9.5% discount from 5 day VWAP and IVZ has not tested the CR price in the last 2 raises.
2. It won't be a farm in as such IMO it will be a sale of WI via shares in the holding company. There is simply not enough time for all the government approvals for it to be a WI transfer IMO.
3. I think it will have to be done before spud or IVZ won't be able to commit to it.
I really really hope that IVZ announce that they are fully funded for their share of the 2 well programme after this raise otherwise questions over funding will remain.
