in the mid-long term do we think RKN drops below $1 for the forseeable future?
The current spike is warranted given the next dividend will be quite a good pay day (assuming they pay it all via 1 dividend as apposed to spreading it over multiple dividends).
Once this large lump sum dividend is paid RKN is left with 30% less revenue, potentially less profit and thus less dividends. They say dividend stocks are valued based on the future cash flow that the stock will provide, so if that future cash flow drops, will the RKN sp as well? Im no expert on rkn, just food for thought, maybe its considered a growth stock not a dividend stock
