Potentially, you may be right however do not discount Nov making a play for increasing their stake in RKN. They can do that buy using their Special dividend to acquire shares in lieu, and more accumulation from sellers post the special dividend date as i see it. Holding both and happy with retaining both as this has a long way to go as the two businesses align closer and closer to realise the move 2 cloud strategy for Reckon customers and Nov enabling that move.
A lot left here as i see it.
