It's a smart move, given the situation they find themselves in now. No argument there
But had they not anchored themselves with so much debt, they'd have been able to ride this out and maintain these customers. They don't have a negative value overall, only right now (otherwise they'd have never signed them up in the first place)
Let's see how the DMO pricing pans out in late May.
