Yep I have no problem with a CR. I think $5.00 is too low, more likely $5.50-$6.00 would keep all holders happy. It is still a cheap price if you believe where the company is going to end up. Seriously at a cash burn rate of between $11-$15m a quarter it had to happen. We have done a lot of early ground work on out outlier tenements and now comes the expensive drilling phase.
