The announcement says in regard to the capital raise NOT a capital raise.
On Friday we find out about the capital raise.
It is more a proper noun, a known entity.
Meaning it might have already happened in Korea and is in the final stages of the contract signing.
The TH necessary because questions could be asked about trades during the next few days with price sensitive info about to be released.
