Mate you surely understand that 25% costs of upgrades, staff, HR etc. (All expenses of NAL and Authier) PLL has to pay? PLL also hold a whopping $1B shares, do you really think that they would want SYA's SP to drop?
The other thing is, PLL and SYA will make a fantastic profit once the hydroxide plant is built. Which PLL will require to contribute that 25%.
It is what has been planned, I'm fairly confident that both Keith and Brett are in cahoots with one another. Don't fight it.
