That's exactly what I was wondering....there is no indication to raise the $190m from retail. No one has called me to invest more. Makes me think that this is already in the bag, or once they have the instos done and dusted and if 5-10m left to raise, they will come to the retail....
- IMO there could be another ann. today (maybe not the TH lifted) but an ann. detailing the raise.
