This is definitely the last of the capital raises, plus management will sensibly do a reverse stock split in the future. A 1-to-5 consolidation would reduce the SOI to say 1.6B, and from then on everybody is happy. Once they start reaping monies, they can further do share buy backs to even reduce dilution.
