surely these guys aren’t stupid enough to take up the full placement of shares. That would just be criminal.
word it in a way. that they are confident in the company outlook and will sacrifice their own skin to help ensure the continuation, ongoing runnings and future of the company.
but the real hidden agenda is just get a good chunk of discounted shares that they otherwise would never be able to get.
