This makes me interested doesn't mean I swallowed it hook line and sinker.
Having lived through CCL, VRL and BIN eventualities recently then my inference above is the lesser evil of the predicament experienced. Assuming APX continues it's drive and is not stifled inside the larger organisation of course. At the very least APX should continue its growth story if it does eventuate and should form a good premium of the equity disbursement.
All speculation until Monday...
