The vote of the average retail sh is meaningless as compared to the majority sh's, the fundies, the hedge funds and such ie called a club, mutual interests. However your overall point is spot on, we are over paying for these under performers almost across the entire market. A good case in point is QAN, for several years the CEO was paid in the region of $24-25m a year, almost a $Bn from the Govt covid handouts, and he blames the travellers for all the company's failures.
