Surely there must be some profit generation this quarter as well. Thus the expectation of more cash at the end of this Q and now a red herring. It is rather annoying to say the least that a cr is announced at a time when sp is at the current levels. The idea of retail shareholder value destruction is well and alive, when typically a cr is at least 15% below the current dismal sp level. Retail given the opportunity to buy at the same level will not arrest the fall. Say bye to 7.9c and hello to 6-7c at best.
Irrespective what the deal may be, not looking forward to market reaction. Another wanna be with an elongated timeline for any holder wanting a reasonable return on funds invested - particularly if one's buy in price was in the higher range then current. But of course directors don't care about that - they will keep their job longer whilst holders get screwed - at least in the short term.
Irrespective of what conclusion one may jump to preemptively, the fall in sp is a given if the cr offer is discounted. What a bummer, as I (and others) recently topped up in the 8's, thinking a good Q result may be on the way.
Another one for the bottom draw or was that a draw with a big hole in it??
