After the last raise and level of dilution one would think that they would have to pitch a compelling presentation and so I suspect you would be right. IMV they would be well within their rights to offer guidance as a sweetener by way of the asx disclosure rules, (an incomplete proposal or negotiation), if of course guidance was confirmed during the placement period, even though not yet announced to market.
