Ionic clay REE are all the rage at the moment so perhaps it's a bittersweet attempt for market attention & considered optimal given REE strength & IC hype?
Let's hope there's something substantial planned for the funds beyond keeping the board employed!
My holdings are free carried so it will take something significant to entice me into participating in CR
Maybe they are bringing in strategic investor?
