This seems unlikely and completely unrelated to CRBC's drawdown.
First of all, BMCG has US$2.95mil of equity remaining to be converted into WKT shares, WKT already has received the funds, paying out BMCG their equity provides WKT no additional funds and is unrelated to CRBC's drawdown.
If additional equity is required.
WKT does have an option to draw down an additional US$4mil, I am fairly certain this is WKT's option not BMCG's, this indicates WKT could just raise any additional capital from other investors without needing to pay BMCG a cent.
It is interesting we haven't seen a positive Tweet from Mike about the Trading Halt. I am sure this would ease all speculation.
We also have many of the T40 posters that have gone missing, which suggests all is not well.
