I am starting to believe that the expert has delivered a report that shows the TO valuation is flawed and not in our interests. It is now in the hands of TK and BL. I imagine a sit down with Pfizer is on the cards for later today to go over it.
Neither RAP nor Pfizer would want to be embarrassed at the next announcement and so they may just thrash out a new offer based on the report and in order to keep the timelines around the voting etc.
My biggest concern has been the lack of any ASX announcements since this all started. Has the company gone into hibernation or something? Why is there no new disclosure statements regarding progress that has been expected as per the last 4C and company outlooks statements. Has everyone downed tools while waiting for this report?
