But you're wrong about Pfizer commissioning the report. Clause 5.1 (ResApp's obligations) paragraph (b) of the deed is quite explicit that it must be ResApp that engages the independent expert:


Might help you to go back and review the deed... it's repetitive, verbose and dull but it's not insanely complicated.
