I have tried to stay out of the conversation so to speak for a few reasons.
First...no one on here is privy to what is happening behind closed doors or in Zoom meetings between the Pfizer and RAP.
Second....All of the tin foil hat commentary is just that. It has no bearing in fact or outcome.
Third....As shareholders we will be fed the information that RAP is legally obligated to share with us. Nothing less and certainly no more.
Lastly....Until this all plays out and we get the final word and price...we are not part of it. Our part will be the voting and that is about it.
So if you are really lucky and bought low and are willing to accept whatever price gets put up as a final price....vote Yes. If you are not willing to sell and want to have a say you will vote NO.
That is our role as retail shareholders in a nut shell.
