I would like an "independent assessment" into the wheelings and dealings of this BOD and Pfizer from late last year. As others have alluded to, it is simply unconscionable that news flow just stopped when RAP were just gaining worldwide traction.
Something is very fishy here imo, and when the suitor has been fined more than $3 billion previously for their super dodgy behaviour, one does not need to search to far to locate the source of the stench.
The question is, do the suitor and the BOD have the samevstench on their hands?
Its make or break now for this BOD but one thing is abundantly clear, shareholders will never ever forget the outcome either way.
