Also, many interesting thoughts from shareholders here. I think MSI summed it up quite nicely that we are limited in the things we can do at the moment while we wait for news. Once we see the direction of the announcement, we can take action by our vote and if necessary, exercising our right as shareholders against the board.

PS edit: Just a reminder that a lot of us are in the position of buying in at a higher price or know a lot of people who have. I for one am thinking of them as this all plays out.

They're not releasing a draft report. They're considering a draft report.

Trading halts are to ensure you can't trade whilst sensitive information is becoming public. I assume they have received the draft report and are considering it, before providing feedback and finalising the report. The trading halt ensures all parties that may be a part of this can't attempt to trade with this information.
