Well if you thought it was the "independent" advisor's job to purely state if the Pfizzer deal is in our best interest or not, you may be mistaken. Perhaps their task was to provide an opinion to the RAP BOD so they could discuss with Pfizzer so they could decide whether to increase the offer and freeze our share price for another few months. Personally I'd be very disappointed if Pfizzer were given this opportunity and I'd be voting for an immediate standing down of the BOD before they endorse the next paltry offer. All IMO and speculation only, because I haven't seen the draft report. Consider this a draft message. I might come back and make adjustments that suit me.
