You're making the massive assumption that the SP taking off out of nowhere has anything to do with the company. It was a half day wonder from a bunch of traders I'm tipping.
How has 'the little guy' missed out . If he was already a holder he had the opportunity to get out at a higher price. If he didn't the company is well funded and the SP is still a lot higher than what it was 2 trading days ago. And if he wasn't a holder he's had every opportunity to buy the stock at a much lower price than what it is now for months.
