A trading halt pending an an announcement on board composition… Thats very unusual…
They must be almost out of cash now, are the current directors jumping ship, no longer being able to justify it as a going concern?
Will this be able to raise cash and continue trading, or administrators be appointed?
SOM has a market cap of $120m and OVN just $5m. If there is any value in the technology here, it would be very easy for SOM to take it over.
