I think you will find that Otto did a similar thing when RHY was 6 cents a pop - see Rhythm's ASX announcement of 23 July 2020. He put in $1.5m. I think you will find that 6 cents is an alltime low for RHY. Even on a dog day like today RHY is currently trading at $1.10.
Now obviously Rhythm and Oncosil are entirely different companies with different products and different markets. And there is a reasonable chance that lightening will not strike twice. But what can be said is that Otto goes all in on backing his judgement.
