    - Significant Copper credit (silver too but Copper dominant)
    - Jurisdiction
    - Overall AISC (including credits)
    - Prospects for future expansion
    - Ounces per drill metre
    - Infrastructure
    - Mining friendly immediate locale
    - Advanced permitting and studies

    List goes on...

    (All boxes above ticked for Medallion)

    Undervalued significantly in my opinion.
