    Another suitor could easily begin negaotiations with RAP re non exclusive use (same as Pfizer) of the Covid Test. Run a few positive outcomes and then decide they want to pay 8 or 10 million for anexclusive on the Covid Test for say 5 or 6 years renewable. Obviously a few more conditions attached but hey. Is another party allowed to start this type of thing whilst the Pfizer rort is in play?
