From what I've read in the 'Increased Scheme Consideration from Pfizer' announcement, the independent expert provided a revised draft of the report that concluded the revised scheme was fair an reasonable.
Put simply, they considered the first scheme to be unreasonable and the revised scheme to be reasonable, so not expecting any more expert report revisions from the expert.
