    Pfizer doesn't have any competitors. It's an illusion to make you the consumer think you have a market choice. Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson are owned by the same companies Black Rock and Vanguard. This is fact. Most of the top pharmaceutical companies fall under Black Rock and Vanguard.
