"Elsewhere, mobile medical devices business PainChek Limited had a $4.1 million raising split into a $2.5 million placement, and a $1.59 million entitlement offer on a one-for-20 basis.
The offer was priced at 2.8¢ a share, a 15.2 per cent discount to the last close. The money was for staffing, product development and clinical trials"
