I am optimistic (seems I am alone here)
sp has been in decline, if it is bad news as they have had previously, just announce it, as they have previously, you do not want more attention.
If good news, they want/need attention, much better to do a trading halt, there is your attention, then update.
I don't think Forest purchased $27,000,000 early this month on shares without some review/due diligence.
