Are you sure it's all delayed until 2024?
Happy to be corrected but my recollection was that the details were somewhat ambiguous and my interpretation was that they might fall into (say 3) instalments.
That interpretation might be completely erroneous, I was unable to find much detail on it at all.
It's in a Trading Halt so presumably they can take their time on the other details as long as it's before the Halt is lifted.
