Don't forget the capitalisation of costs that would have gone with Capex for the facility in 2021 and significant increase in inventory levels may also be due to adjustment to valuation. It only takes few tweaks under accounting standards to increase inventory value by 10% - 20%. In my view 2021 would be much lower than 6.6%.
