The March 4C ...
At the close of business on April 1 2022 EOS had $57.7 Million in cash.
EOS had $59.3 Million in cash at 31 December 2021.
BUT!
EOS borrowed $35 Million from RNC Nominees (?) due to be repaid 6 September 2022. I had assumed management would simply roll the facility over for a further 12 months; maybe they can't/wont.
I got nuthin' more!
Answer as to "why CR now" must be in the Greenhills report!
