No point even thinking about a class action. You'd basically be taking a class action over other EOS holders and not really the company itself. But I don't blame anybody for venting their frustration.
Out of interest, I had a look at "Glassdoor" reviews on EOS. Internet reviews are always suspect at the best of times (HC is a prime example!). But I found some of the comments interesting. Some of the comments seemed "believable" given what shareholders are seeing transpire with the company at this particular point in time.
I don't know if EOS shareholders have been blatantly mislead. But the overzealousness and supreme confidence displayed by Ben Greene over many years is hard to dismiss.
